Utopia 9 - Steam Controller

Hold LGrip to use RPad as a standard mouse (push for LMouse to select). This is used in all mutation, loading, and other menus. In normal mode, RPad is gun aim, push to fire Utility. LPad is a secondary Move control, push to swap between the two weapon groups. Bumpers also manage weapon groups and swapping hands.
