Watch Dogs 2 Converted controls V1

I made this config to match the controller layout as closely as I can using all-kb+m controls. I missed some things, and others will definitely need more fine-tuning, but for the most part it works great, minus a few hiccups. Things like entering vehicles change action layers on long press, I don't remember how much of that I put in it.
