Improved Sword/Ki combo system

WASD has been mapped to ABXY to make combos easier to preform and doesn't upset the flow of movement. Up on D pad is use/pickup (or double tap RB) Double tap RB to reload, Tap LB to jump, double tap LB to switch to last weapon, Hold LB to bring up weapon wheel. LS click aims down sights, double click LS to toggle crouch, and RS click is melee/shuriken.
