This is a thorough control scheme for Elex. The paddles allow dodging, jumping, jetpack and sneaking/sprinting without moving right thumb (also Quicksave). Right trackpad has a touch-menu on-click with 9 options, ideal for mapping to hotbar. Gyro helps with aiming on full left-trigger pull. Lock-on can be mapped to left thumbstick.
