Left trackpad for movement, right trackpad for aiming. Click the left side of the right trackpad to reload, click the right side to heal, the bottom to drop weapons, the top to use doors/computers, and the middle to draw your weapon or pick up items. This is done so you never have to take your fingers off the trackpads.
