Enhanced MSC Controller Config

I've noticed a lack of proper controller configs for MSC so I decided to make one myself, so far I have managed to fit most keys on a easy to learn layout(it'll take a little to get used to it), I've been working on this for a small while and I think it's about time that I finally release it out to the community and hope that I make you and the devs proud. the only key binds you need to change in game is right turn singal from : to ' and change run to left shift, after that you are all set.
