Creator Description
Attack buttons X,Y are mapped to LB,RB respectively. DPAD-UP (use item 1) is mapped to X. Y is unchanged (since used for interaction at least once)->double mapping. Holding the back buttons switches to the default mapping in order to use vampiric/medical abillities.
