Deltarune config for 1 or 2 hands {Accessibility/snacking}

Imported from Undertale. Analog stick movement with (A)=Confirm (B)/(X)=Cancel (Y)=Menu (<)=Quit (>)=Fullscreen toggle. Can play one-handed for accessibility/snacking since d-pad (+) mirrors ABXY [also L-trigger=Confirm L-shoulder=Cancel L-paddle=Menu]. Turbo left full trigger pull for any rapid press events. Might be button overload!
