Steam controller acts as a controller. I have Y bound to loot, B bound to back/brake. A bound to menu/use. X bound to inventory. Left and right trigger are primary/secondary actions. Left bumper is slowmo. Right bumper is fastmo. Dpad up is zoom in. Dpad down is zoom out. Dpad left is trhow.
