Robb's PS4 Controller Bindings

After a lot of tooling around with the layout of this controller, I do think this is the best and simplest configuration for playing Factorio. R2 and R1 are used as the left and right mouse button. Holding down on the D-Pad makes the right stick into a radial menu for picking stuff from the quickbar. Finally holding L1 mode shifts the right stick into a scroll wheel and the D-Pad to alternative buttons. Everything else is pretty straight forward.
