Mostly Xbox controls, but right trackpad is a mouse so set in-game mouse sensitivity to 15% for 180 degree turns. Rear paddles duplicate A/B (jump/crouch) so you can remap either front A/B or paddles if you want. Gyro enabled while aiming with left trigger down; tilt the controller while sniping! Pushing right trackpad melees and sets waypoints. Right trackpad is a mouse. Review in-game x-box config to understand other controls.
