Play Golf it like Wii Sports with the Gyro. First aim the ball with Right Pad, then hit Right Trigger, then use Right Pad to select a club/sensitivity. Then hold the controller in one hand with the triggers facing the ground. Touch Right Pad as you swing back and then follow through while still touching Right Pad.
