Shadow Of War: Steam Controller Bindings

Based on Solid Pingu's configuration. Disabled need to click left pad to use d-pad (pet peeve of mine), added haptic feedback across pads and joystick, and increased minimum joystick input on the mouse-like joystick so it feels more like a mouse in that you have to do less pulling to look around.
