Easier Sacred Thrust Scheme

Biggest change is assigning a dual trigger setup on RT: tap to dodge and full push to attack. This lets you pull off Sacred Thrust attacks flawlessy when you unlock the move. Left Grip is Parry and Right Grip is B Button. Everything else is default controls.
