Mouse Sensitivity X&Y=1.00 (This roughly gives you 1:1 realistic Gyro aiming) Click the Pad on the Left to turn the Gyro On/Off. I didn't use Flick Stick due to this games unusual mouse input. Enjoy Splatoon style gameplay.
