There are two Action Layers with Radial Menu inputs: a "Quickbar" (A Button/LG/RG + Joystick) and a "Right-Click Radial Menu" (B Button + Joystick while player radial menu is on-screen). All other binds available through Regular, Long, and Chord presses.
