Janky solution for speedy shifting on an Xbox Controller. Requires Big Picture Mode to function. Due to how buggy the game is, running as an administrator might also be required. Set Left Bumper to Clutch, then each gear to the keyboard keys R,1,2,3,4,5,6,7 respectively.
