Smoother Gamepad

Changed the reaction curve and applied an anti-deadzone for a smoother stick controll. Also the right analog sensitivity has been turned down to avoid accidentals aileron rolls when applying a speed change. All this has been tested with a stick sensitivity between 5 and 7. Antideathzone might need to be changed deppending your controller.
