Touchpad and ABXY are action menus. Touchpad is pretty straightforward. A opens (and closes) the ABXY menu, X and B scroll through options, and Y confirms. Hold right grip to use the joystick and ABXY as a mouse, and hold left grip to swap the shoulder buttons' sides.
