Resident Evil: Village CONTROLLER CAMERA FIX

Adjusted the outer deadzone, inner deadzone buffer and pressure sensitivty to 'fix' the base game's horrible 2-speed camera system on the right stick. Set the camera to speed 9 in-game (aiming is up to you), and hopefully your camera will feel smoother and easier to aim. [Tested on PS4 controller]
