Improved Official Controller Config

This config is based on both my PlayStation Gyro-Optimized Configs and the Official Config. This aims to closely match the Standard Gamepad's Control layout without feeling like a "imported from Steam Controller Config". This config adjusts [Activate Backpack] so you can easily activate without accidental sprinting.
