Thief Extended Controller Support

Brings a standard modern FPS layout to Thief. Supports quicksave and quickload. 3/4 directions on the DPAD are used to bring up a radial menu of weapons, items, and picks & bombs. Each item category is separated by different DPAD buttons to minimize radial menu clutter. Load the TFix default control scheme in order for controls to work as intended. Also, make sure to set the shift key to speed toggle otherwise crouching will often cancel itself.
