Entire controller remapped to keyboard inputs

Please disable gamepad support via in-game options to use these bindings. To walk inside a station hold "Y" and use left stick. When the mouse cursor appears the right stick will control it, pressing "A" for left click. Hold "Y" and click left stick for cruise control.
