This was tested with One S and Series X controllers. crouch/prone are toggle. planes work best with classic flight. left stick is always wasd, so driving is "halo-esque". Right stick look speed is set to a "medium" setting to allow everything from planes, tanks, snipers and machine guns to work well, adjust the stick speed by 0.01/0.05 intervals for tuning
