Button D-Pad (it sounds weird but just try it, it's great)

Turns the face buttons into a makeshift d-pad that feels surprisingly nice and tactile. Triggers/grips rotate, left bumper is hold, right is zone. Click stick to adjust view. Press Select for a standard layout (stick as dpad, buttons as ABXY). Pads are also mapped to stick and ABXY.
