Testing out Dpad pad modeshift function on right pad using layer

Deck doesn't have modeshift, so testing out hacky approach with layers on the right pad, which also functions as a camera. Click edges to swap weapons and center to melee. Because of layers there is unwanted haptic feedback on the left pad as layer shifts from mouse to the dpad layer.
