Workaround for current native controller support

(Updated with Mejwell's fix. And remember to set the in-game mouse sense to zero otherwise it's still too sensitive) Tries to remedy the overly sensitive photo mode by binding the left stick to the dpad at a lower sensitivity. It's not perfect, but works better than the stick. Also lowers the sensitivity on the vertical axis on the right stick because that's broken, too.
