Semi-Casual PA V2

YOU MUST replace ingame control "Select All Combat Land Units On Screen" from shift-ctrl-f6 (I think that's it, it has a conflict with its neighbor to the left) to shift-L, a control depends on it. It's default conflict. Radial menus replacing selection controls since they are complex.
