Portable Ops - Proper Analog

This layout uses action layers to add proper FPS controls, simply by binding the D-pad to the right stick then smoothing it out. Upon pulling the right trigger or pressing the right bumper, the sticks will swap which allows the left stick to move the player and the right stick to move the camera while aiming, like in a traditional FPS
