RE7 Dualshock4 as M+K for steam deck

Made this as the official template and the gamepad template did not work for me while playing on the steam deck. The template mostly follows the inputs for the original DS4 layout, with the exceptions of some inputs such as no buttons being able to swap tabs in the menus due to how M+K is mapped. The game will show M+K prompts, but otherwise this is functional.
