Pretty much every Action is mapped out. Standard action buttons (XAB) become 1,2,3 when holding L2, 4,5,6 when holding R2, and 789 when holding L2+R2. In game button shift is set to R1. Right Trackpad is chat shortcuts, Left trackpad is several emotes.
