Hold L4 to activate the hot keys on L Touch Pad. Also don't forget to activate rewind support on RetroArch. Settings-Frame Throttle-Rewind-Turn on. Also go to settings - input-hotkeys-change hotkey imput to numpad 4, not just regular 4
