Fix for blackscreen with sound playing

This template is a get around for the bug that starts Horizon5 with a blackscreen and sound in background. The get around is mapping the keyboard buttons 'alt' and 'enter' to the left and right triggers. After opening game press left and right triggers at the same time. Picture should come back and you can switch back to your default controller configuration.
