Controller With Joystick Mouse Support

By default, you can't restart if you fail without using a mouse. This layout will add use of the Right Analog as a mouse, while pressing the stick in will be treated as a Left Mouse Click. Hope this helps some peoples frustrations needing to use two devices to play.
