DMC 3, 4, & 5 Charge Gun and Turbo

By The Hitchhiker, AyotoCorp, and PatStaresAt: A customized layout for standard controls that adds a turbo mode to the standard gun, melee, and style buttons, but also adds a charge/hold function to the gun button that is compatible with the turbo modes. Assumes default controls — modify the layers and button mappings if you want to use different buttons.
