Simulated Tilt-stick

Macros A+direction for the right-stick. Left-stick unfortunately takes precedence over the directional input, so you'll need to release it to neutral before inputting the right-stick, but this is only meant to be a temporary stopgap anyhow since devs plan on implementing a proper tilt-stick soon.
