Manhunt Controller Config but better

For Steam Deck. Based on Original Xbox Port but fixed because my original config was a bit trash. PC with Xbox/PS controllers should use down arrow key and Back/Share to move in menus. Best compromise I could make since I like the d-pad for leaning and first person.
