Like a Dragon: QoL Commands

Basic layout, with QoL commands on the paddles, and the trackpads turned off. R4 mashes X, L4 mashes A, L5 is a R Trigger toggle, and R5 executes a macro to give your selected employee a max bonus, then goes back to the employee list.
