Requires few in-game control changes to work correctly. Make the following changes to move: A and D should be strafe LEFT and strafe RIGHT. Q and E should be turn LEFT and TURN right. That will fix your movement to work best with this layout. I use this to fully play the game and raid at high level. Options for chat too. Just read through all of the commands and it help figure out what does what. Not a lot of room to explain here.
