Left Analog Stick as D-Pad, Start = Menu, Select = Talk to Tetra

Changes left analog stick to act as D-Pad so it works in menus. Smooth character movement can be achieved with right analog stick. Also maps START to the Menu button and SELECT to the Talk to Tetra button (must be facing Tetra to work)
