This is meant to be used with the the analog sticks re-enabled via the splintercelluser.ini You can use the left trigger to either hold to aim down with a full pull, or a soft pull will toggle aiming, use the back/share button to enable a menu that allows access to your opsat and quicksave and quickload options.
