Controller as Keyboard mapping

Remaps controller buttons to keyboard keys so you can use keyboard, gamepad, and leverless/stick at the same time. Should work as-is with Lobby/Grand Bruise with a gamepad, but camera control will be limited to the range of mouse motion on the screen. Use Layout B in Battle for your leverless/stick layout.
