Touchpad Fix + Turbo

Small tweak to use the whole of the Touchpad to open Codec, as opposed to pausing the game when pressing the right side by default, as well as changed the now redundant Share button as a turbo button for the Triangle button, to help assist with the torture sequence near the end of the game, particularly on higher difficulties.
