Gamepad with High Precision Camera/Aim - Right Touchpad Fix

(Primarily for Steam Controller users) Press and hold down the Start button (right of the Steam Button) to temporarily switch the right Touchpad into Joystick mode, let go of the button to switch back to normal mode. Made this because you otherwise can't scroll through text boxes or rotate items in the inventory, this layout should help with that.
