Disabled + Desktop Controls Template

I disliked having to shutdown steam just to use my controller in other Stores and games, but i still wanted to use my controller to navigate. so i made a layout with primary disabled configuration but when Pressing Select then Start at the same time i can use the desktop controls to navigate windows. Sometimes i want to couch play but i dont want to use mouse and keyboard at all this is my template for that
