Keyboard (Arrow Keys) & Mouse w/o Cursor Panning

Key bindings labeled & match default game settings (Arrow Keys). I also chose to use the left joy stick to control the camera panning, so you probably shouldn't use this with cursor panning enabled. Alt Versions available so you don't have to fiddle with the controls.
