Dark Souls Remastered - Minor Controller Adjustments V1

This controller config changes the right trigger's deadzone to be alot bigger than before. I also modifies the deadzones on the stick. left stick now has a larger range of low values to make it easier to make small adjustments, and the right stick has minor adjustments to make the character movement a little bit snappier.
