Ultimate Powder Toy Controls for Deck - by ThyConius

Uses almost all functions of the deck for hotkeys. Maximum functionality. (Virtual menu icons update) (copied from the Flatpak mappings list, lemme know if ThyConius publishes this here himself so I can try to delete this and let him get votes for his work on this, dunno if shared templates can be deleted though, either way go for his version if it comes up and vote for it if it deserves it)
