Easy hardswap l2 r2 no end delay and hold l3 toggle run

made l2 one left pad change and r2 one right pad change, removed the end delay on y swap to make pressing r2 and l2 after switching smoother but sliding y to x to open first weapon slot doesnt work anymore unless you hold it then slide.
