Switch Pro Controller Fixed Layout

This is a modified version of the "fix upwards scrolling bug" layout for the nintendo switch pro controller. B now acts correctly as the back button while X as the secondary action button. You must enable D-Pad only in the settings in order to use both D-Pad and analog stick.
